Ad

Client: Ms. Foundation for Women, Suka Design

Objective: Create a print ad for national press highlighting the Ms. Foundation annual "Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day."

Solution: Worked as part of a creative team to write ad copy for two ads. The ads drew attention to the roles children will play as adults by juxtaposing child-centric tasks (mowing a lawn, selling lemonade) with adult-centric business discussions. Explanatory copy focused on the aspirational aspects of the day — creating a workplace that will allow adults to contribute their talents and skills both at work and at home.
Copy:
Child: "So I'm thinking of maximizing my bottom line by introducing flextime, supporting staff as they raise their families, and including them as part of the decision-making process."

Revolutionizing the Workplace
Help tomorrow's CEOs see that it takes more than a paycheck to support people and families. It takes employers who understand that their success is tied to the lives of their employees. It takes inclusive, supportive policies that let women and men contribute fully at work — and at home.
